We’ll cover everything from setting goals to creating a plan of action. We will also give you tips on how to make changes that will improve your life and help you achieve your goals.

If we discover the art of learning what we want out of life and what we don’t want out of life, then we can surely clear this unclarity.

The truth is that if you are able to know how to take control of your life then no one can bring you down and no negative circumstances can have such a deep impact on you that it can break you.

Blame game

We always blame people and situations for the negative feelings we experience and for the problems in our lives but this blame game never ends. The reality is that we never give attention to our inner self that situations and problems only influence us because we have allowed them to do so.

There are times when we deny reality and want to live in an illusionary world.

There are times when we make mistakes and do not learn anything from them.

We fail, but do not avoid doing the same mistake again. By acknowledging that there is a huge difference between dreams and reality, we can bring true peace into our lives. We can overcome any barrier in this world if we can distinguish between the truths and the lies which we have created for ourselves.

Getting hurt and being in pain are two very different things.

The problem with being hurt is that we all choose to be hurt. If we somehow manage to bring ourselves to that point where experiencing misery will be our own choice then, we can surely come out of that “Misery trap” as living with pain is not an easy task.

The same thing works for every relationship, both individuals expect a lot from one another but when that expectation is not met, they get hurt. Once you realize that the person is essentially a human at first, before playing any role for you, you will stop attaching gigantic hopes to them.

You can never be wounded (sad) by people of this world if you learn how to stop being a victim of your own expectations. Take control of your emotions, As humans, we all have expectations in our relationships, but these expectations must not exceed their limits. Give every relationship the value it deserves.

I don't know what to do with my life

I don’t know what to do with my life

It happens with all of us at some point in life when we feel “I’ve been feeling this way for a while now. I don’t know what to do with my life.

Never forget that outer factors can only give you happiness for a very short period of time. If you seek your peace only from outer resources (wealth, money, property), you will never be at peace with yourself. Nevertheless, make sure these outer factors are also important and they must receive the value they deserve.

Prepare yourself for challenges

When life throws you curveballs, it’s good to have preparation in place. Be resilient when things don’t go as planned, and learn how to pick yourself up when something doesn’t work out. Get active with a run or some other activity. And if you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, try meditating or practicing yoga.

When we are prepared physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for challenges that come our way we are able to more effectively cope with them as they arise. That being said, sometimes unexpected circumstances can be difficult no matter how prepared we may be so practice letting things roll off your back!

Focus on progress, not perfection

It’s often said that no one ever regrets being kind, but plenty of people will lament not going out on that first date, or taking that job they loved. The secret to making sure you have no regrets is learning how to balance all areas of your life—career, family, friends, health—to find happiness in each part.

By focusing on progress rather than perfection (remember: nobody’s perfect!), you’ll have time for it all. Taking time every week or month to reflect on how much progress you made in each area can give you an overall sense of satisfaction in knowing how far you’ve come.

No one knows you better than you.

You are the only one who knows what makes you happy. Do not rely on others to make you happy. Take control of your life, create your own happiness, and Accept reality, In this way, you’ll expect less from others, which will bring harmony to your life as well as the lives of the people you care about. When you learn to distinguish between myths and realities of life, you will never feel pressured by anything or anyone.
