Yes, please just smile:-). We really need to learn how to smile from the heart. A smile can act as an antidepressant. This releases endorphins in your brain that improve your mood. It may sound like a small thing but really it truly matters.

Start your day with a smile and express gratitude for everything you have. It will give you a fresh start. On phone calls, you can also detect smiles from your loved ones. If someone speaks with a smile, you can feel that no matter if you can see them or not.

In life, we have so many blessings but we don’t consider them as blessings. We just take them for granted. We consider them blessings after losing them. There are a lot of things to be thankful for.

So, be grateful for everything in life. If you start writing down about the things which you have and the things which you don’t have and you will find out that you have more blessings than you think. So, be thankful for what you got.
